Frequently Asked Questions
Are platinum tickets allowed?
No, platinum tickets were never bought for face value. Face value is the lowest public on-sale price at release time.
What happens if the ticket I buy is fake?
We only work with Ticketmaster tickets that can be transferred through the Ticketmaster app. This removes almost all of the fraud that is possible. In the case that a seller doesn't transfer it in time, we refund your fees with enough time for you to find another ticket.
When will you launch?
If enough people join the waitlist, we will launch in time to support the Phish Sphere shows in April.
Do you support trades?
Not yet, but we will build it if the community demands it. The best way to do that is to and answer "yes" to the question "Do you support trades?".
What happens to the waitlist fees of the buyers who are not selected to purchase the tickets?
The waitlist fees are used to support the creation and maintenance of this platform.
Are you a wook?
Most of the time, no, but second set Saturday night, probably.
